In its mandate, OIPMA focuses mainly on Goal 16 of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
and also tackles the issues regarding Goals 1, 3, 5, 13, and 17.
OIPMA IN A NUTSHELL
Organisation Internationale pour les Pays Les Moins Avancés (OIPMA) / International Organisation for the Least Developed Countries (IOLDCs), is a non-profit, non-governmental organization with UN ECOSOC Status, established in Geneva in 1996.
OIPMA acts as a bridge between civil society organizations based in the LDCs and the UN Charter-based and Treaty-based Mechanisms and other international organizations.
