He holds a Master’s degree in Security Studies, Faculty of Socio and Economic Sciences, Cavendish University Uganda, Kampala, Uganda. He is a Coordinator of Human Rights Defenders Solidarity Network, HRDS Net C/o Amnesty International (Africa Regional Office Consultant, Journalist researcher in Human Rights, Child and Women Protection, Conflicts Resolution, Community development, Cultural and Ethnic Negotiations, National and International Relations, Business Administration, Gender Balance Advisor, Security Advisory (Multilingual : French, Swahili, English ). Carried out plan of action in peace and Conflict Management (Conflict Resolution, the interest based relation Approach, Reconciliation and peace Building, Promotion and Protection of Human Rights. Gabriel has undertaken Training on how to networking with other NGO in the East and horn of Africa with Africa Human Rights Education Program extensively experienced in peace building, negotiation, conflicts resolutions and community development. Undertakes periodic field visits to monitor programs, as well as conducts periodic program reviews with UN counterparts. Proposes and/or undertakes action on operational activities affecting project management and implementation. Provides advice and assistance to staff and other partners in the planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of program/ project(s).
